Window Shopping
My observation was that the French women seem to dress more often in solid neutral shades, various subdued grays and greens. Many wore feminine skirts or dresses that come right above their knees, maximizing the look of their legs. At least half of the women accessorized with scarves around their necks in all kinds of pretty colors, long ones folded in half with the ends pulled through the loop of the fold. Tres chic. Many men wore them too but in black.
