Bonnieux is an ancient fortified village. The "new" church, built in 1870 and the center of the village, can be seen in the "Churches" post.

And here are pics of what we enjoyed for our lunch, dejeuner in French, in the delightful outdoor cafe that day in Bonnieux, salade composee, soupe au pistou, and an omelette.
